Mascagni Rooms

We stayed in an airbnb. This is a quiet and calm locality with easy access to tram station. A place to immerse yourself with serenity!!

Excellent guest house, highly recommended. Bathroom and kitchen complete with everything. Comfortable and well-furnished rooms with double bed and desk for working. I have been several nights for work and I really enjoyed it, good location, with a tram stop at 200meters (12 minutes for getting to the center of Florence). Mrs. Francesca always available and very kind, and note of merit for the cleanliness of the rooms! Recommended!

Stayed in Francesca's apartment for 2.5 months. It was always clean, the room was comfortable, big. A huge plus of the apartment is that bed linen and accessories are changed every week, the kitchen has everything you need. During this time, i met and became friends with the girls who lived in the apartment. I strongly recommend. It was a lovely experience!

I ve spent the past two weeks there and I can nothing but recommend this place to both the long and short stay travellers.
Francesca , the host , is very accommodating and provides quick responses. The apt itself is very clean and walking distance from the bus stop or tramway , which is very convenient.

Mascagni Rooms are the best options to sleep in Firenze. Just 20 min by bus to be in Duomo, you can take the bus in front of the house. Rooms are quite bigs and the house is always clean. In addition, Francesca is a really nice and kind person, always aware of the guests.

I stayed at Mascagni Rooms Firenze already twice and each time it has been a pleasant stay because of the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment, its good connection to the rest of the city and last but not least the host's extreme courtesy and kindness! The rooms are spacious and well decorated, the bathroom has a bathtub which can be used for showering, and the kitchen has all you need in case you want to cook and stay in. Privacy and relax are granted. Highly recommended!

Nice apartments, with a cool design and good placement - 5+ minutes on a tram to the airport and about 20 to the city center. Very nice owner and good service. My rate is 5 of the 5 possible.

Absolutely top notch experience. Extremely clean room and comfortable bed. Delightful, accomodating owner. By far the best i have had in Florence. Highly recommended!
